We manage the core Turo operation for you, including:

Vehicles must be delivered in turnkey, rent-ready condition.

This means the vehicle must be:

• Currently registered 
• Mechanically sound 
• Clean and guest-ready 
• Free of check engine lights or warning lights 
• Safe to drive 
• Eligible to be listed on Turo 
• Current on insurance 
• Current on loan or lease payments 

South OC Auto is not responsible for making a non-ready vehicle ready for Turo. The owner remains responsible for registration, insurance, recalls, maintenance, repairs, loan payments, and vehicle-related costs.

Vehicles under South OC Auto management must remain available for at least 6 uninterrupted months with no blocked calendar dates for personal use.

Turo performs best when vehicles stay consistently available, especially for longer bookings of 30, 60, and 90 days or more. Frequent removals or blocked dates can hurt visibility, booking momentum, and earnings.

South OC Auto is expanding its managed fleet for Turo's new (Lease Alternative) month-long trips, business travel, family stays and extended rentals in Southern California.

We welcome a wide range of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, trucks, hybrids, EVs, sports cars and luxury models. Vehicles from 2023 and newer are preferred. Older vehicles may also be accepted depending on mileage, condition, maintenance history and Turo eligibility.

We are especially interested in large three-row SUVs and premium vehicles such as Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator, Mercedes-Benz GLS, BMW X5 and X7, Audi SUVs, Lexus SUVs and Toyota Sequoia.

Your vehicle does not need to be a luxury model or cost $100,000 to join our fleet. Reliable, well-maintained everyday vehicles are welcome too.

You retain ownership. SOCA manages the rental operation. Vehicles must meet our readiness requirements and remain available for at least six uninterrupted months. Rental income and booking duration are not guaranteed.
