We manage qualified, turnkey, rent-ready vehicles through our established Turo host profile. Our service is built for owners who want their vehicle professionally managed as an income-producing asset.

We manage the core Turo operation for you, including:

Vehicles must be delivered in turnkey, rent-ready condition.

This means the vehicle must be:

• Currently registered 
• Mechanically sound 
• Clean and guest-ready 
• Free of check engine lights or warning lights 
• Safe to drive 
• Eligible to be listed on Turo 
• Current on insurance 
• Current on loan or lease payments 

South OC Auto is not responsible for making a non-ready vehicle ready for Turo. The owner remains responsible for registration, insurance, recalls, maintenance, repairs, loan payments, and vehicle-related costs.

Vehicles under South OC Auto management must remain available for at least 6 uninterrupted months with no blocked calendar dates for personal use.

Turo performs best when vehicles stay consistently available, especially for longer bookings of 30, 60, and 90 days or more. Frequent removals or blocked dates can hurt visibility, booking momentum, and earnings.

We are currently seeking vehicles that perform well for long-term bookings, airport travelers, families, business travelers, and premium renters.

Best fit vehicles include:

• Large family SUVs 
• Trucks 
• Luxury SUVs
